摘要
为实现摩托车发动机从化油器技术向电控燃油喷射技术转变,满足日益严格的排放法规,在某型号摩托车单缸化油器式发动机的基础上,对原机型进气系统、点火系统以及喷油系统进行了改进,通过自行设计的摩托车发动机电子控制系统实现了发动机工作过程的电子控制.控制系统采用MC9S12XS128单片机作为主控芯片,运用模块化软件控制程序实现了传感器信号的采集与处理,对点火和喷油等执行机构进行精确控制,并利用该电子控制系统对点火时刻及空燃比参数进行了标定和优化.实验表明,采用电子控制系统后,发动机在不同工况下的动力性和经济性得到显著提高.
The technology transformation from carburetor technology to electronic fuel injection (EFI)is an effective way to meet the increasingly stringent emissions regulations.On a certain type single cylinder carbureted motorcycle engine,the intake system,ignition system and fuel injection systems were improved,and the electronic control of engine operation was achieved through a self-designed motorcycle engine electronic control system.The control system selects MC9S12XS128 microcontroller as a master chip,and the acquisition and processing of sensor signals were realized through modularized software control program.The ignition and fuel injection actuators were precisely controlled.The ignition timing and air-fuel ratio were calibrated and optimized by the use of electronic control system.The experimental results show that using the electronic control system,the engine power and economy are improved significantly.
