摘要
本文结合新春采油厂近年来在油公司管理模式下进一步加强和改进党的建设工作所作的探索及取得实践经验,分析研究油公司模式下企业党建工作的新路子、新方法。
Based on a review of the experience acquired by Xinchun Oil Production Plant in recent years in its effort to further enhance and improve Party building work under the ＂oil company＂ pattern, the paper examines the new approaches and methods for Party building in companies that implement the ＂oil company＂ pattern.
