华蓥山煤田溶蚀裂隙治理技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 2012年5月华蓥山煤田龙门峡南煤矿7#、8#溶蚀裂隙发生突水,为了快速和高效地治理突水灾害,首次采用高压水射流清洗弱强地层介质技术和靶面帷幕注浆技术,对溶蚀裂隙突水进行了治理,在7#、8#溶蚀裂隙注浆处理完成后,经过后期的钻探取芯和雨季矿井涌水量的监测分析,注浆堵水率达到98%,溶蚀裂隙突水治理效果较好.治理效果表明:高压水射流清洗弱强地层介质技术和靶面帷幕注浆技术为溶蚀裂隙突水治理提供了一种有效的治理技术,具有推广应用价值. In May 2012, water inrush caused by 7#, 8# fracture zone happened in Hua Yingshan coal mine. In order to control the water inrush quickly and efficiently, this study used high pressure water jet cleaning the weak strong stratum medium technology and the target face curtain grouting technology for the first time to control and manage the water inrush. After the analysis of the data of drilling and the amount of water inrush, the rate of grouting for water blocking reached 98%, the effect of the control and management of the water inrush is well. This management of water inrush shows that high pressure water jet cleaning the weak strong stratum medium technology and the target face curtain grouting technology is an effective technology for controlling water inrush from fracture zone, which also has the value of popularization and application.
