摘要
为探究煤层气开采中玻璃钢套管抗挤强度和变形量的计算方法和分布规律,采用理论推导、Matlab编程、ANSYS模拟相结合的方法,逐次对玻璃钢套管整体以及套管射孔、套管丝扣两个危险部位进行了理论模型建立与求解;然后通过Matlab数值计算使理论求解可视化,进而得到套管抗挤强度与变形量的理论结果和分布;最后利用ANSYS软件建立相同的模型,计算出套管抗挤强度与变形量的有限元解及其分布图.结果表明:理论结果与模拟结果遵循完全相同的分布规律且数值误差在允许范围之内,说明该计算方法的可行性.
To explore the calculation method and distribution regularity of the stress intensity and deformation of the fiberglass casing, theoretical derivation, Matlab programming and ANSYS modelling were used together. The theory model of the whole fibreglass casing, casing perforation and casing thread were established and solved. The variation graph can be obtained through Matlab numerical calculation, thus the theoretical solution of the stress intensity and deformation can be obtained easily. The simulation solution and variation graph can be obtained by ANSYS simulation. By contrast, theoretical results and simulation resuks followed exactly same distribution regularity and they were on numerical approximation. The calculation method and variation regularity are feasible.
