摘要
随着采煤工作面单产的不断提高,工作面瓦斯涌出量随之增大,对井下安全生产活动造成严重威胁。利用传感器对井下采掘工作面及其他工作地点瓦斯浓度进行实时监控,解决了瓦斯超限监测报警与部分断电功能的问题,有效提高了矿井瓦斯等有害气体的监测监管,面域化手机终端报警系统可以查询相关测点数据及其变化规律,便于分析各种气体状态参数,为煤矿安全生产提供可靠保障。
With the constant improvement of working face unit yield, the gas emission of working face increased, which caused serious threat to safe production underground, sensor was used to conduct real time monitoring to gas density of underground mining face and other place, gas overrun monitoring alarm and the part of the power function were solved, which improved monitoring and supervision of harmful gas such as mine gas, surface domain mobile terminal alarm system could query related data and their change rule of measuring points, facilitate analysis of gas state parameters and provide reliability for safe production in mining.
