摘要
目的 探讨延续性护理对初产妇产后母婴健康状况的影响。方法 选取2012年6月~2013年6月在本院产科无并发症的600例初产妇,按照数字分组法随机分为实验组与对照组,每组300例。实验组产妇出院后由回访小组实施电话随访和上门访视等干预措施,对照组实施电话随访咨询。观察两组产妇产褥期的母婴健康状况和遵医行为。结果 实验组产后子宫复旧不良、腹部切口愈合不良、痔疮肛裂、产后便秘、急性乳腺炎的发生率显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),实验组新生儿黄疸、消化道疾病、脐带脱落、皮肤异常的发生率低于对照组(P〈0.05)。实验组的复诊率为95.00%,对照组的复诊率为76.33%,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。实验组遵医行为显著优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 对出院后初产妇进行延续性护理,可有效降低产褥期母婴常见病的发生率,提高母婴健康水平。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing in maternal and child health in primipara postpartum. Methods 600 primipara with no complications in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group (n=300) and control group (n=300) according to the digital grouping method.The experimental group was given intervention measures,such as telephone call follow-up and visit by review team,the control group was given telephone follow-up consultation.Maternal and child health,compliance behavior in primipara puer- perjure was observed between two groups. Results The occurrence rate of posthqtal period womb return to old badly, poor healing of abdominal incisions,haemorrhoid and anal fissure,postpartum constipation and acute mastitis in the ex- perimental group were significantly lower than those of control group(P〈0.05).The occurrence rate of neonatal jaundice, digestive disease,umbilical cord abscisie and dermal abnormalities in the experimental group were lower than those of control group (P〈0.05).The referral rate in experimental group was 95%,in the control group was 76.33%,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P〈0.05).The compliance behavior in experimental group was significantly better than that of control group,the difference was significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Primipara postpartum application continuous nursing can effectively decrease the occurrence rate of maternal and child common disease,and improve the level of maternal and child common health.
