摘要
为了使水泥混凝土板与沥青铺装层之间粘结性能达到最佳效果,采用直接剪切试验,对水泥混凝土板沥青铺装层间抗剪强度进行了协调性研究。分析和讨论了所选4种因素间的匹配协调性和对层间抗剪强度的影响,并对层间剪切试验的剪应力-位移曲线进行了分析。试验结果表明:层间剪切破坏的发展经历了3个阶段。3个阶段中,层间粘结力、水泥混凝土板表面与沥青铺装层集料的机械咬合力和摩擦力依次发挥作用。4种因素数对层间抗剪强度的影响强弱依次为:表面处理、铺装层级配、碎石撒布量和碎石粒径。建议的最优匹配方案:沥青铺装层采用AC-20级配上限,碎石撒布量为8kg/m^2,碎石粒径为9.5-13.2mm,凿毛间距为4.0cm。
In order to make the bond behavior of cement concrete slab and asphalt pavement to get best effect, direct shear test is used to study the coordination of shearstrength between layers of cement concrete slab and asphalt pavement. The matching performance of those four factors and its effect on interracial shear-strength between layers are analyzed and discussed.Then the shearing stress-displacement curve of shearstrength test between layers is analyzed. The test results show that there are mainly three stages in the development of shear failure. In the three stages, cohesion between layers, the mechanical interlocking and friction by the cement concrete surface and the aggregate of asphalt pavement play a role in turn.The power order of this four factors of impact to interracial shear-strength between layers is surface treatment, gradation of paving layer, amount of crushed stone spreading, and crushed stone diameter. The best scheme is suggested as follows.the upper gradation of AC-20,8 kg/m^2 of crushed stone spreading, crushed stone diameter of 9.5-13.2 mm and the interval of roughing with 4.0 cm.
