摘要 气象视频会商系统自建立以来,承担着气象预报和灾害预警会商、会议、远程培训、交流等业务,在气象业务发展进程中起着举足轻重的作用。随着会商系统使用频次的增加,系统的视频、音频方面的种种问题逐渐暴露出来。通过对江苏省气象视频会商系统现状进行分析,归纳总结出问题原因,进而提出了具体的优化设计方案并付诸实施。实际测试表明:系统的整体效果有了较大提升。该方案对各行业部门建设视频会商系统具有参考价值和实际意义。 The meteorological video consultation system is applied in the weather forecast, disaster warning consultation, conferencing, remote training, communication and the other services since its put into operation, which plays an important role in meteorological development process. With the increased use of this system, various problems of the video and the audio of the system are gradually exposed. Based on meteorological video consultation system of Jiangsu province, this paper analyzes the current status of the system, summarizes the reasons for the problems and proposes some specific solutions to optimize the system. After the optimal design and implementation test, the overall effect of the system has been greatly improved. The proposed scheme in this article has important reference value and practical significance for the construction of video consultation system in various industry sectors.
