义齿基托复合材料的弯曲力学性能测试

摘要 以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为基体,高强高模聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维作为增强体加入PMMA中,采用自凝型复合工艺制备UHMWPE复合材料,对该复合材料进行力学性能测试。采用单因素分析方法,与传统的义齿基托材料PMMA的力学性能进行比较,探讨不同织物组织、不同织物密度下复合材料的力学性能变化,以及复合材料表面处理情况对其弯曲力学性能的影响。 As matrix, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), reinforced with high strength and high modulus polyethylene fiber (UHMWPE), was prepared into composite UHMWPE by the process of self-curing. The mechanical properties of this composite UHMWPE were tested and compared with that of traditional denture base material PMMA by single factor analysis method. The effects of different fabrics and different fabric densities on the mechanical properties of the composite materials were studied. The impact of the handling of composite surface on the bending mechanical properties of composites was also studied.
