摘要
球墨铸铁阀体结构复杂、壁厚相差较大,且阀体铸件对内部缺陷要求较高。文章介绍了球墨铸铁阀体铸件的模型制作、铸造、熔炼及热处理工艺。合理的工艺设计提高了铸件的出品率。
Abstract： The ductile iron valve body castings have complex structure and large difference of wall thickness, and the requirement for interior defects of the casting is high. The pattern-making, casting, melting and heat treatment of the castings were introduced in the paper. The yield of the casting was improved by the rational process design.
