摘要
针对KW静压造型机存在的问题,对KW静压造型机的气流冲击实砂工艺和多触头压实机构进行了分析研究,并进行气流冲击实砂优化试验。结果表明:静压造型机的主要问题是砂箱预填框上部空间容积过大和使用了二个脉冲阀,降低了压力梯度,从而影响了气流实砂的效果。在此基础上提出了优化改造KW静压造型机的方向和措施。
Abstract: According to the current problem of the KW static pressure molding, air impact sand compaction process on KW static pressure molding machine and mechanism of multi contact compaction were analyzed, and the air impact compacting experiments were carried to optimizing the process. The results show that the main problem of the KW of static pressure molding machine is the volume of the upper part of the pre-filling frame of the sand box given is too large and using the two pulse valve, which reduce the pressure gradient value, thus affect the effect of air compacting sand. Measures to optimize the process of KW molding machine are proposed on the basis of this experiment result.
