摘要
采用薄带连铸技术制备了取向硅钢薄带,并研究了其铸态组织及织构特征。结果表明:铸态组织主要由铁素体基体及相变马氏体组成,沿厚度方向形成明显的织构梯度。过热度为30℃时晶粒细小,晶粒随机取向;过热度为50℃时晶粒为粗大柱状,织构向{001}<0vw>集中。
Abstract: Grain-oriented silicon steel as-cast strips were made by using of twin-roll strip continuous casting. The microstructure and texture of as-cast strip were investigated. The results show that the microstructure of the as-cast strip consisted of ferrite matrix and martensite, and the heterogeneity of the texture and the microstructure demonstrated the obvious gradient through the thickness direction. In the case of superheat 30 ℃, grains oriented randomly. In the case of superheat 50℃, columnar dendritic was observed and the solidification texture of { 100} (0vw) fiber evolved strongly.
