摘要
体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)技术中影响妊娠率及抱婴率的因素主要包括卵巢功能异常和子宫内膜因素,导致移植后胚胎着床困难、早期流产和妊娠失败。近年来中医药界在辅助IVF-ET方面做出了积极的探索和努力,在治疗卵巢反应低下及卵巢过度刺激、提高卵泡及胚胎质量、改善子宫内膜容受性及保胎等各方面均有很大的进展。该文将中医药在辅助IVFET方面的研究现状做一综述。
The factors impacting the pregnancy rate and the live birth rate mainly include ovary function disorder and low endometri- al receptivity, which can cause the difficulty in embryo implantation, early miscarriage and pregnancy failure. In recent years, re- searchers of the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） have made active efforts in assisting IVF-ET, so as to achieve a great advance in improving the ovary reaction, treating the ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome （OHSS） , improving the follicle, embryo quality and en- dometrial receptivity and protecting the fetus, which had been summarized in this article.
