肝癌干细胞表面标志物研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 肝癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一，严重威胁人类健康［1］。肝细胞癌作为肝癌的主要类型，在外科切除术后极易复发和转移。肿瘤干细胞理论认为肝前体细胞异常分化为肝癌干细胞（live cancer stem cell ，LCSC），从而诱发肝癌的发生、发展［2］。
