摘要
随着国家对教育投入的不断加大,高校仪器设备采购量也逐年增加。我国高校的仪器设备采购已纳入了政府采购范围。结合高校政府采购工作自身特点,分析了高校实行政府采购的现状,并结合高校政府采购的特点及工作实践,就如何进一步深化政府采购工作提出了几点建议。
With the increasing investment in education ,the purchase quantity of instruments and equipment is increasing year by year .The instruments and equipment procurement in colleges and universities of our country has been incorporated into the scope of the government procurement . Combining the characteristics of government procurement of colleges and universities ,the present situation of the implementation of government procurement is analyzed in detail .According to the characteristics and practice of government procurement , some suggestions on how to further deepen the government procurement work are put forward .
