摘要
在临床工作中,骨折是外伤患者最为常见的一种外科疾病,尤其在近年来频发的地震灾害中,骨折的患者极为常见,在该类疾病的救治过程中,传统的中医手法整复结合小夹板固定治疗,极大地减少了伤员运送途中的痛苦,提高了预后疗效,在灾后急救过程中发挥了重要作用。本文在阐述中医骨伤疗法原理的基础上,通过分析对比例证手法整复结合小夹板外固定疗法在现代灾后骨科急救中的重要作用,来提升中医骨伤急救的知晓率,以期为相关研究提供思路。
In clinical work, fracture is the most common surgical diseases of trauma patients.Especially in recent years’ frequent earthquake disasters, patients with fractures are very common.In the process of the treatment of such diseases, the traditional Chinese medicine manipulative reduction combined with small splint fixation greatly reduced the suffering of the wounded in transit, improved the prognosis of efficacy, and played an important role in post-disaster aid process.On the basis of describing the principles of orthopedics therapy, this paper enhanced the awareness rate of first aid of orthopedics to provide ideas for the relevant research through analysis and comparison the important role of the combination of manipulative reduction combined with small splint fixation in the modern post-disaster aid in orthopedics.
