摘要
目的评价益气通督手法与常规手法治疗小儿脾虚型泄泻的疗效。方法选择100例脾虚型腹泻患儿按照数字列表法随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,两组患儿均给予常规西医治疗,同期对照组给予常规手法按摩治疗,观察组给予益气通督手法治疗,比较两组患儿中医症候积分,治疗有效率及腹痛消失、退热、呕吐消失及痊愈时间。结果两组患儿治疗后中医症候积分均较治疗前明显改善,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中观察组改善明显优于对照组,比较治疗后积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗1个疗程有效率为98%,明显高于对照组的84%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后腹痛消失、退热、呕吐消失及痊愈时间均较对照组短,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气通督手法较常规手法治疗小儿脾虚泄泻疗效显著,可有效增强患儿的免疫力与消化功能。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Yiqi Tongdu manipulation and conventional manipulation in the treatment of infantile diarrhea of spleen deficiency.Methods 100 cases of patients with infantile diarrhea of spleen deficiency were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to digital table method, and each group had 50 cases.The two groups were given conventional Western medicine for treatment, at the same time, the control group was given conventional manipulation while the observation group was given Yiqi Tongdu manipulation.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral, the effective rate, the disappeared time of abdominal pain, vomiting and fever disappeared and recovery time of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the symptom scores of the two groups were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.After 1 course of treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 98%, which was obviously more than 84%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The abdominal pain, fever, vomiting disappeared time and healing time of the observation group after treatment were shorter than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05 ） .Conclusion Yiqi Tongdu manipulation has an obvious curative effect than the conventional manipulation in the treatment of infantile diarrhea of spleen deficiency, which can effectively enhance the immune and digestive function in children.
