摘要
目的观察三子养亲汤合二陈汤加减治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法将我科诊治的120例慢性支气管炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例;对照组给予西药常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方法的基础上,加服中药三子养亲汤合二陈汤加减,观察临床疗效。结果观察组临床控制率48.33%,总有效率91.66%;对照组临床控制率33.33%,总有效率81.67%;两组进行统计学比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.032,P=0.027<0.05)。观察组止咳时间、平喘时间及肺部啰音消失时间明显少于对照组,两组进行统计学比较,有显著性差异(χ2=9.925,P=0.031<0.05)。结论三子养亲汤合二陈汤加减治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Sanzi Yangqin decoction and Erchen decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis.Methods 120 cases of patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into two observation group and control group, and each group had 60 cases.The control group was given common Western medicine, while the observation group was treated by Sanzi Yangqin decoction and Erchen decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect of the two groups was observed.Results In the observe group, the clinical control rate and the total effective rate was 48.33%and 91.66%, respectively.In the control group, the clinical control rate and the total effective rate was 33.33% and 81.67%, respectively.The difference had statistical significance by making a statistical comparison （χ^2 =11.032,P=0.027〈0.05）.Cough, asthma and pulmonary rales disappearance time of the observation group was significantly less than those of the control group, which has significant difference （χ^2 =9.925,P=0.031〈0.05）. Conclusion Sanzi Yangqin decoction and Erchen decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis has achieved a better curative effect.
