摘要
目的探讨眼睑严重撕裂伤的临床特点、处理要点及手术技巧。方法眼睑严重撕裂伤但不伴眼睑组织缺损者210例（264眼），严格判断损伤范围及性质后，在手术显微镜下清创，组织复位，逐层对位缝合。结果术后随诊1年，除1例上睑提肌断裂者出现轻度上睑下垂及1例内眦韧带断裂者形成内眦畸形外，余208例（262眼，99．24％）术后恢复良好，无眼睑畸形，无明显瘢痕，无睑裂闭合不全。结论对于处理眼睑严重撕裂伤采取手术显微镜下仔细清创，组织复位，逐层对位缝合的方法可有效恢复眼睑正常功能及形态，达到最佳修复效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics, the key treatment points and the surgical techniques of severe laceration of eyelids. Methods Two hundred and sixty-four eyes of 210 cases with lacerated wound but without the defect of eyelids were investigated. The detailed examinations were performed in all patients. Then the debridement, tissue reduction and contrapuntal suture were operated under the surgical microscope. Results After postoperative follow-up for 1 years, except one case of slight ptosis and one case of medial canthal deformity, the other 262 eyes （99.24%） were all recovered well. No obvious complications, such as eyelid deformity, obvious scar, blepharophimosis or dysraphism, happened. Conclusion For the severely lacerated wound of eyelid, the normal function and morphology of eyelids can be restored effectively by the debridement, tissue reduction and contrapuntal suture under the surgical microscope.
