摘要
火车站站前广场是城市的重要门户窗口,它不仅起到交通集散的作用,更是一扇迎接八方宾客、展现城市风采的大门。随着我国的交通运输业步入高铁时代,各地都面临着老火车站改造、新高铁站建设的情况,如何完成站前广场从交通广场向休闲广场转变这一使命,关键就在于能否塑造出好的城市形象。目前学界更多地是对车站的设计进行研究,而鲜有从站前广场角度来探讨如何塑造城市形象。南京火车站站前广场是新世纪以来站前广场设计的典范,其对城市形象塑造的方式具有诸多值得借鉴的地方。
Station square is an important window of city, which not only has the effect of traffic distribution, but also a gate to meet guests from all over world. With China＇s transportation industry into the era of high-speed rail, many cities face the problem to rebuild the old railway station, which often directly determines whether a city can give you a good image or not. Current academic circles give more study on the design of the station, and rarely from the perspective of station square to discuss how to shape the image of the city. Nanjing station square is a good example of the design on the station square since the new century, which provides some experience for shaping the city image.
