摘要
高等教育现代化要求后勤管理现代化,内涵式发展是当前实现高职院校后勤现代化改革的恰当选择。高职院校后勤管理经历快速推进、规范内部管理和深化改革三大历史阶段,解决了高等教育发展的瓶颈问题,但依然未达到教育现代化要求。要实现后勤管理纵深发展,就必须走内涵式发展道路,全面推进后勤社会化改革,创新体制,强化文化建设,实现后勤管理现代化。
The modernization of higher education requires the modernization of rear service, which makes the intensive development the proper choice for realizing the modernization of logistics. The rear management has been undergoing three historical stages including proceeding rapidly standardizing the internal management and deepening reform, which solve the bottleneck of higher education but be still under the level of educational modernization. In order to realize the development in depth and breadth, the logistics reform must be on the path of intensive reform, push the overall socialization reform of rear service, innovate system and strengthen cultural construction.
