摘要
在对相关经典理论和观点进行回顾和述评的基础上,运用描述性分析和回归分析模型,以宁波地区的上市公司为研究对象,侧重于这些公司的行业竞争度和企业规模,针对这些上市公司的高管薪酬与企业绩效的关系进行实证分析,得到相关的数据分析结果,并就宁波上市公司如何从实际出发提升企业绩效提出相关性建议。
This paper, based on a literature overview on the related theories and viewpoints, conducts an empirical study of the relationship between executive pay and corporate performance in the Ningbo listed companies in such aspects as industrial competition and enterprise scale by means of descriptive analysis and regression analysis as well and puts forward suggestions for the improved corporate performances in accordance with what the data reveal.
