摘要
目的分析优质护理在妊高症患者中的护理效果。方法将我院90例妊高症患者随机分为45例观察组和45例对照组。给予对照组常规护理服务,对观察组进行优质护理干预,对比两组患者的不良反应发生情况以及对护理服务的满意度。结果经护理,观察组子痫前期轻度症状发生率为20.00%,子痫前期重度发生率为2.22%,总不良反应发生率为22.22%,对照组相应的为37.78%、17.78%,总不良反应发生率为55.56%,观察组明显低于对照组,且P<0.05。经调查,观察组获得的总满意度为95.56%,对照组为75.56%,观察组明显高于对照组,且P<0.05。结论对妊高症患者进行优质护理干预,可有效降低患者的不良反应发生率,缓解患者紧张情绪,且获得较高的满意度,可推广。
Objective Analysis of the effect of quality care in nursing patients with pregnancy-induced hyper-tension.Method Our hospital 90 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension were randomly divided into 45 cases of the observation group and 45 patients in the control group. Routine care administered to the control group, the observation group quality care intervention, compared two groups of nursing care.Results After treatment, patients observed adverse reactions was 22.20%, 55.56% in the control group, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, and P 〈0.05. After investigation, the total satisfaction of observation group obtained 95.56% in the control group was 75.56%, significantly higher than the observation group, and P 〈0.05.Conclusion For pregnancy-induced hypertension patients with quality care intervention can effective- ly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients, remission tension, and higher satisfaction, can be extended.
