摘要
卷烟工业随着产品辅料的革新,原有的检测手段随着环保材料的应用已无法满足现场检测要求。采用机器视觉技术,根据检测目标,设计了满足现场检测需求的硬件电路和恒流的LED光源,软件上采用模块化编程思想,用C语言编制了满足各种检测需求的图像处理算法。经现场运行测试表明,该系统能准确对烟包包装过程中的各种包装缺陷进行实时检测并剔除有缺陷的产品,系统运行稳定可靠。
With the development of science and technology, enterprise' s quality control does not meet the market demand for the products. Inductance approach switch is used to detect aluminum foil as means of lining paper detection, but it is no use for the de- tection of non aluminum backing paper. The high-speed photography technology can be used to solve this problem. This system can be used to detect the package appearance accurately and make the products meet the requirements.
