摘要
为了提高含硼体系的能量利用率及能量释放效率,采用水热法中的重结晶法制备了AP+Li P包覆硼(AP+Li P/B)复合粒子;借助扫描电镜(SEM)评估了AP+Li P/B复合粒子的包覆效果,并采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究机械混合样品和产物的热分解性能;结果表明:严格控制重结晶法工艺参数可使AP+Li P均匀地析出在硼的表面上,并实现硼的较好包覆;AP+Li P/B复合粒子较机械混合样品在热分解过程中出现了AP分解峰温提前的现象,体现了好的热分解性能。
In order to improve energy efficiency and energy releasing efficiency of boron system, the AP + LiP/B composite particles were prepared by hydrothermal recrystallization method. Scanning electron mi- croscopy (SEM) was used to observe the surface morphology of coating layers. The thermal decomposition properties of mechanically mixed samples and product were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The result show that AP + LiP is homogeneously crystallized on the surface of boron and the fine coating layers can be obtained by strictly controlling the technical parameters and using the reerystallization method. In comparison with mechanically mixed samples, AP + LiP/B composite particles have good decomposition performance. In the decomposition process of composite particles, the decomposed temperature of AP brings forward.
