摘要
炮控系统的性能分析长期以数学模型分析为主,分析结果不能准确地反映炮塔的运动性能。针对这一问题,建立了基于某型装甲车辆炮控系统的三维模型,在此基础上对炮控系统的非线性数学模型的稳定状态、低速运动状态进行了分析,并在ADAMS中对造成炮控系统驱动死区和驱动延时等问题的非线性因素进行了仿真实验分析,研究结果为将来的炮控系统研究奠定基础。
The analysis of gun-control system based on mathematic model cannot reflect the system' s performance correctly for a long time. Aimed to solve this problem, a 3D model of gun control system based on a certain kind of vehicle was established. Based on the analysis of the nonlinear mathematic model on its steady state, low speed state and high speed state, the system was simulated in ADAMS, especially for the nonlinear factors that have a crucial influence on the gun control system to deliver the driving dead zone, the driving delays and so on. Above all, the works are ready for the future study for supplying an intact theory and an exact model.
