摘要
硒是人体所必需的微量元素,硒缺乏会引发克山病和卡辛-贝克氏病。水稻是中国最主要的粮食作物之一,其籽粒中平均硒含量较低。本文综述了富硒水稻的研究进展,包括水稻籽粒中硒的含量及存在形式。通过不同形式和不同时期硒肥的施用、不同的水管理方式等农艺措施以及育种手段可提高水稻籽粒中的硒含量,为生产富硒水稻提供重要的参考和选择。
Selenium is an essential trace element for humans, selenium deficiency causes Keshan and Kashin-Beck diseases. Rice is one of the most important staple food for Chinese,however the selenium content in rice grain is very low. The research progress of rice with high selenium content were reviewed in the this paper, including selenium content and existence form among different rice vari-eties, enhancement of selenium content through breeding approaches and agronomic measurements such as different forms of selenium fertilizer implementation, stages of selenium fertilizer implementation and water management,to provide important references and se-lections for production of selenium-rich rice.
