摘要
分析医务人员处理医疗纠纷时存在的问题,提出提高医务人员安全感,建立相关奖励制度,满足医务人员人文关怀需求,开展有效心理疏导,组织务实的法律培训等建议,为调动医务人员防范化解医疗纠纷提供参考。
The problems in dealing with medical disputes by medical personnel were analyzed, and measures were proposed which included increasing the sense of security of medical personnel, establishment of incentive system, meeting the humanities needs of medical staff, carrying out effective psychological counseling, organization of practical legal training. These provided ref- erence for mobilizing medical staff on preventing and resolving medical disputes.
