摘要 设计出一套采用三菱FX2N-80MR型PLC作为控制器的系统,通过程序控制行车及其他器件实现PCB电镀生产过程的自动化控制。介绍了控制系统概况,给出了控制系统的设计思路,并进行了试应用评估。结果表明:系统可靠且运行状况良好,生产效率明显提高,满足预期设计要求。 A system, in which Mitsubishi FX2N-80MR type PLC was selected as the controller, was designed. Automation control of PCB electroplating production process can be realized by using this system through controlling traveling crane and other devices. General situation and design ideas of the control system were respectively introduced and given, and application evaluation was also carried out. Results showed that high production efficiency can be obtained and expected design requirement can be realized using this reliable running system.
