Ce和Mg-Ce合金对Al-5Ti合金微观组织的影响

Influence of Ce and Mg-Ce Master Alloy on the Microstructure of Al-5Ti Alloy

摘要 研究了稀土Ce及Mg-Ce对Al-5Ti合金微观结构的影响。结果表明,Al-5Ti合金基体上分布着条状的Al-Ti相,径向尺寸为50-100μm,轴向尺寸在200μm以上;添加0.3%的Ce后,形核相Al-Ti粒子转变为细羽毛状,尺寸明显减小,径向尺寸降低至10-50μm,分布变得均匀弥散;而添加1%的Mg-30Ce后,Al-5Ti合金中的Al-Ti粒子转变为细针状,轴向尺寸降低至20μm左右,径向尺寸降低至10-20μm;Mg元素的添加使Al-Ti粒子尺寸进一步降低,并在Al-Ti相的界面前沿发现富Mg颗粒相析出。比较Al-5Ti和Al-5Ti-1(Mg-30Ce)的细化效果发现,Al-5Ti-1(Mg-30Ce)对Al-Si合金的细化效果显著优于Al-5Ti合金。 Influences of Mg-Ce alloy and Ce on the microstructure of Al-STi alloy were investigated by SEM and OM. The results show that: Ti-Al phases with strip structure and 50 -100 μm in radial direction and more than 200μm in axial direction are distributed on the substrate of Al-5Ti master alloy. After adding of rare earth 0.3 % Ce, the shape of Al-Ti phase nucleation particles is transformed into fine feathery with significant decrease of size to 10-50 μm and more dispersedly distribution. After adding 1% Mg-30Ce alloy, Al-Ti particles are changed into fine needle particles with axial size and radial dimension of 20 μm and 10-20μm, respectively. After adding Mg elements, Al-Ti particle size is further reduced and magnesium-rich particles can be observed in interface of Al-Ti phases. Based on the refining effect analysis of Al-STi and Al-5Ti-1 (Mg-30 Ce), the refining effect of Al-STi-1 (Mg-30Ce) for Al-Si alloy is significantly superior to that of Al-STi alloys.
