摘要
采用复配的非离子——阴离子型乳化剂对重油和水进行乳化,利用高速搅拌器对混合体系进行搅拌,考察了不同条件对乳化重油稳定性的影响。研究表明:常温下,乳化剂用量为1.5%时,22%掺水量的水包油型乳化重油可稳定存放1个月,且运动黏度有所下降。乳化重油稳定性随温度升高而下降,温度升至80℃时,乳化重油破乳分层。
The formulated nonionic-anionic emulsifier was used to emulsify heavy oil and water. The high speed stirrer was applied to mix the hybrid system. Effects of preparation conditions on stability were studied. The results showed that O/W emulsified heavy oil with 22%added water could be stored for 1 month at temperature when emulsifier dosage was 1.5%, and kinematic viscosity decreased. Stability of heavy oil emulsion decreased with increasing of temperature. The heavy oil emulsion was unstable when the temperature rose to 80℃.
