摘要
目的对依达拉奉氯化钠注射液处方及工艺进行研究。方法根据药物本身性质,通过试验,对依达拉奉氯化钠注射液处方及工艺进行筛选。结果筛选出了符合注射剂质量要求的依达拉奉氯化钠注射液处方及工艺。结论该制剂处方合理、制备工艺可行、初步稳定性良好。
Objective To study the formulation and technology of Edaravone Sodium Chloride Injection. Methods According to the property, screen the formulation and technology of Edaravone Sodium Chloride Injection by experiment. Results The formulation and technology of Edaravone Sodium Chloride Injection that Comply with the quality requirements of injection is screened. Conclusion This formulation is reasonable, the preparation process is feasible and the preliminary stability of the preparation is achieved.
