摘要
王心东治疗消化道恶性肿瘤,主要从以下几个方面着眼:1辨证与辨病结合,重视"多元并治",发挥中医药既病防变、已病防传的优势;2中药与西药共用,重在中药应用,常选用中药汤剂、中药丸(片、胶囊)剂和中药膏滋剂3种剂型;3治标与治本兼顾,重用君药配伍,以图功专效强、药味纯厚、标本兼治、虚实兼顾;4巩固与维持递进,重在防治转移,同时不忘应用虫类药通络散结,常用僵蚕、地龙、穿山甲、土鳖虫、水蛭、全蝎等。
Wang Xindong treatment of digestive tract malignant tumors mainly from the following several aspects focus：① syndrome differ-entiation and disease differentiation is combined,pay more attention to the multivariate and treatment,and playing traditional Chinese med-icine advantages of preventing disease from exacerbating;② traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine shared,it focuses on the application of traditional Chinese medicine;③both the temporary and permanent solutions,reuse of monarch drug compatibility;④ to con-solidate and maintain progressive,focusing on prevention and control of transfer.
