分析了保护区的基本含义和总体要求,探讨了保护区建设的主要内容,提出了完善保护区管理体制、加强领导、落实各项任务,以期促进保护区建设工作。
At present, the protected areas in China have been found over different regions and have been developed as basic unit of ecological civilization construction. The protected area should seize the valuable chance brought by these important documents and attention from highest national leading organizations. Then it should perfect the construction, which enables it to suit the needs Of new epoch.
