摘要
区域教育治理体系现代化,是区域教育从传统的权力集中、政府导向的管理现状向多主体参与、合作共治的教育治理形态变迁的过程。要推动区域教育管理的现代性变革,必须在坚持本土性、整体性、渐进性和公共性原则的基础上,明确区域教育治理的三维目标、构建多元协调的主体体系,建立听证式的决策体系,完善问责式的执行体系,创新参与式的监督体系。
Modernization of regional education administration refers to the transition of education from governmental centralized power to the regional and shared governance. The writer argues for localization, unity, progressive and public principles. Meanwhile, measures shall be taken to define the dimensional objectives, establish a coordination, policy hearing, accountability, and supervision system.
