摘要
在现代化浪潮的冲击之下,职业教育的现代化问题逐渐被提上日程。县域职业教育作为以县级行政区划为标志特征的职业教育,在我国整个职业教育体系中发挥着基础性作用。构建现代职业教育体系,推进职业教育的现代化进程,有必要率先实现县域职业教育的现代化。县域职业教育的现代化建设是一个系统工程,既需要推进县域职业教育的均衡化、治理化、信息化与全民化发展,也需要构建出包括资源整合机制、经费投入机制、质量监控机制在内的保障机制。
It is modernization that has brought vocational education into agenda. The vocational education in Chinese counties plays a fundamental role. Likewise, the process of the construction of modernized vocational education in Chinese counties is a comprehensive project with a balanced, governmental and universal development. Sure enough, this needs the resource conformity mechanism, financing investment mechanism and quality monitoring mechanism.
