摘要
[目的]研究疼痛控制护理在下肢骨折护理中的应用效果。[方法]将80例股骨颈骨折病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用疼痛控制护理,比较两组病人术后疼痛、舒适度、功能锻炼的积极性以及康复情况。[结果]观察组术后24h、48h、72h时的疼痛评分均低于对照组、术后舒适度高于对照组、功能锻炼的积极性高于对照组、术后并发症及住院时间少于对照组、关节功能恢复情况优于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]疼痛控制护理能够减轻下肢骨折病人术后疼痛程度,提高功能锻炼的积极性,促进康复。
Objective：To study the application effect of pain control nursing for patients with lower limb frac-ture.Methods：A total of 80 cases of femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each.The patients in control group used routine nursing.On the basis of routine nurs-ing,the patients in observation group used pain control nursing,then to compare the postoperative pain,com-fort,functional exercise and rehabilitation between both groups.Results：After postoperative 24h,48h and 72h, the pain score in observation group was lower than that in control group,postoperative comfort was higher than that in control group,enthusiasm of patients to functional exercise was higher,postoperative complications and hospitalization time were less than that in control group,and recovery of joint function was better than that in control group.The differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Pain control nursing can re-duce postoperative pain of patients with lower limb fracture.It can improve the enthusiasm of patients to func-tional exercise and promote their rehabilitation.
