摘要
对某电厂135 MW机组循环流化床锅炉进行燃烧优化调整试验,分析锅炉流化风量、床压、上下二次风配比、石灰石入炉位置调整对床温分布、污染物排放、锅炉效率等影响;在此基础上,对机组运行参数进行优化,改善机组运行性能,提高机组整体经济性。
Experiments on combustion optimizing adjustment of a 135 MW CFB boiler were carried out,so as to analyze the in fluence of various factors on the temperature of the bed,pollutant emission and the boiler efficiency.These factors include the amount of fluidized air,the pressure of the bed, second air ratio,the position of the limestone into boiler.On this basis,operating performance and overall economy of the unit were improved by means of further optimization of the controlled parameters.
