摘要
近年来高校体育教学改革不断走向深入,传统的健美操教学内容已经不能满足学生的学习需求,融入瑜伽运动成为教学创新的重要方向。经过文献研究、问卷调研和教学实验发现,将瑜伽运动融入健美操教学有助于激发学生的学习动机,提高学生身体素质,增强学生运动技能,并促进学生的心理健康发展。
In recent years, the university sports teaching reform deepens constantly, and the traditional aerobics teaching content has been unable to meet the learning needs of students, and in-troducing yoga into aerobics has become an important direction of teaching innovation. Through literature review, questionnaire survey and teaching experiment we can see, introducing yoga into aerobics teaching is helpful to stimulate students' learning moti-vation, improve students' physical fitness, enhance students' movement skills, and promote students' psychological health de-velopment.
