摘要
鄂尔多斯螺旋藻 (Spirulina erdosensis)是中国内蒙古鄂尔多斯高原碱湖特有的物种。该藻是由数十乃至数百、甚至几千个细胞组成的丝状体。细胞的长小于宽 ,呈扁圆柱形。细胞壁层次明显。原生质分为中央质 (中心体 )和周质 ,中心体形态不尽相同 ,其形态主要与细胞的发育时期有关。细胞内有丰富、且平行排列的类囊体 ,未观察到气泡和羧化体结构。藻丝体末端形态多样。
Spirulina(Arthrospira) erdosensis is a special species at alkaline lake in Erdos Plateau,Inner Mongolia of China.It is filament that formed by cells from dozens to hundreds,even to thousands in number.The cells' length are shorter than the width,therefore,the cells are squat-shaped cylinder.The cell walls are obviously seen in layers.The protoplasm of cells is divided into nucleoplasm(central body)and periplasm.The shape of the central body is not completely the same,which is mainly related to the cell's developmental phases.There are abundant thylakoid membranes in parallelled arrangement in the cell.No gas-vacuole and carboxysome have been observed so far.The end of the trichome is in variety of shspes.
