摘要
目的：分析个体化护理干预对甲状腺手术患者焦虑心理的影响。方法选取2014年1月～2015年1月我院收治的82例甲状腺手术患者为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组给予常规护理，在常规护理基础上观察组给予个体化护理干预，对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组入院后焦虑评分比较，无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；术前1 h 及术后3 d 观察组患者焦虑评分均低于对照组，有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论个体化护理干预可有效缓解甲状腺手术患者焦虑心理程度。
Objective To analyze individualized nursing intervention for patients with thyroid surgery anxiety and psychological impact. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital 82 cases of thyroid surgery patients in this study were randomly divided into two groups and the control group, the control group received routine care, observe the usual care group was given on the basis of individualized nursing intervention, comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with clinical treatment. Results The scores of anxiety after admission, was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）, preoperative and postoperative 3d 1h observation group were anxiety scores were lower than the control group was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention in patients with thyroid surgery can relieve anxiety psychological level.
