摘要
目的分析持续质量改进措施对优化医院中药管理的价值。方法我院自2014年9月开始将持续质量改进措施引入中药管理中,根据现存问题改进管理方法,对比改进前后的管理情况。结果经过持续质量改进措施的应用,中药管理中药品过期、药品储藏缺陷、以及自备药数量与基数不相符方面的问题发生率得到明显下降,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论实施持续质量改进措施能够减少中药管理中不良事件发生率,对优化中药管理水平意义突出。
Objective To analyze the value of continuous quality improvement measures to optimize the management of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods From Sep 2014, according to the existing problems of Chinese medicine management, the quality improvement measures are put forward to improve the management effect. Results After the application of continuous quality improvement measures, the occurrence rate of adverse events was significantly lower than that of traditional Chinese medicine （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of continuous quality improvement measures to optimize the level of Chinese medicine management.
