摘要
目的：研究环磷酰胺联合糖皮质激素治疗肾病综合征的临床效果。方法研究对象取2013年1月～2014年1月本院肾病综合征60例，依照治疗用药不同进行分组。对照组用药为糖皮质激素，共30例；剩下30例在该基础上应用环磷酰胺，入组实验组。观察评定疗效，组间比较。结果实验组尿蛋白量下降幅度大，治疗有效率高，有显著性差异（P ＜0.05）。结论环磷酰胺联合糖皮质激素治疗肾病综合征效果确切。
Objective To study the clinical effect of cyclophosphamide combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods 60 cases of nephrotic syndrome in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were studied. In the control group, 30 cases were used for the treatment of glucocorticoid, and 30 cases were used in this study. Observation and evaluation of efficacy, the comparison between groups. Results The experimental group had a significant decrease in urine protein quantity, and the treatment efficiency was high, and there were significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cyclophosphamide combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome is effective and can be promoted.
