摘要
目的探究翼状胬肉采用自体角膜缘干细胞治疗的疗效。方法将翼状胬肉患者68例(73眼)分为两组,两组患者均采用翼状胬肉切除术治疗,观察组在此基础上采用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术联合治疗。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率较对照组高,角膜愈合时间较对照组短,患者术后1年复发率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论翼状胬肉采用自体角膜缘干细胞治疗效果显著。
Objective To explore the pterygium treatment the curative effect of autologous limbal stem cells. Methods 68 cases （73 eyes） with pterygium patients divided into two groups, two groups of patients with pterygium resection treatment, the observation group based on the combination of autologous corneal limbus stem cell transplantation. Results The total effective rate of observation group patients was high, corneal healing time was short, 1 year postoperatively in patients with recurrence rate was lower than those of control group （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Pterygium autograft limbal stem cell treatment effect is remarkable.
