摘要
目的探讨关节镜在踝关节撞击综合征治疗中的应用效果。方法对29例患者关节镜下行撞击软组织清理或骨赘清除,观察和评估术后疗效。结果术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合,末次随访优良率86.21%,AOFAS评分与VAS评分与术前差异显著(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下治疗踝关节撞击综合征操作方便、疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopy in the treatment of ankle impingement syndrome. Methods 29 cases of patients with arthroscopic clear down the impact of soft tissue or osteophyte cleared, observation and assessment of postoperative effect. Results Postoperative incision Ⅰ healing, the excellent rate of the last follow-up was 86.21%, AOFAS score and VAS score significant difference with preoperative （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Under the arthroscope treatment of ankle impingement syndrome is easy to operate, efficacy significantly.
