摘要
目的 通过对口腔器械消毒灭菌中存在问题的分析,并制定相关对策,从而降低医院感染的发生。方法 对2014年2月-3月我院口腔科口腔器械消毒灭菌情况进行检查分析,并针对存在的问题及时制定相关对策。结果 存在的问题主要有：医护人员消毒灭菌意识欠缺口腔器械未达到灭菌要求及口腔器械消毒灭菌不规范。结论 通过对存在问题的分析并制定相关对策,采取健全规章制度,强化医护人员无菌观念和安全意识,严格按操作规程操作等措施,确保了口腔器械消毒灭菌的良好效果,从而使口腔诊疗得以安全、顺利进行,在保证医疗质量的同时,也是患者和医护人员的健康得以保障。
Objective To analyze the problems exist in the dental equipment disinfection sterilization,and formulate relevant countermeasures,so as to reduce the occurrence of hospital infection. Methods From February 2014 to March 2014,we checked our dental dental equipment disinfection sterilization situation for analysis,and formulated relevant countermeasures for the existing problems. Results The problems mainly include：medical staf disinfection consciousness,lack of oral appliances have not reached the sterilization requirements and dental equipment disinfection sterilization was not standard. Conclusion Through the analysis of the problems and make relevant countermeasures to improve the rules and regulations,strengthen medical personnel aseptic concept and safety awareness,in strict accordance with the operating procedures,ensure the good ef ect of dental equipment disinfection sterilization,so as to make oral diagnosis and treatment are safely,smoothly,in at the same time,to ensure the quality of medical treatment is to protect the health of the patients and medical workers.
