摘要
[目的]对比不同诃子及其炮制品对小鼠抗氧化性的影响。[方法]小鼠灌胃给药不同剂量的原药诃子、茜草制诃子和白狼毒制诃子,然后测定小鼠血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、单胺氧化酶(MAO)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量,同时测定小鼠肝脏中MAO、MDA和脂褐素(LF)的含量,并观察肝脏的组织结构。[结果]诃子及其炮制品可以提高小鼠血清中T-AOC、SOD含量,降低血清及肝脏中MAO、MDA含量,同时也降低肝脏中LF含量,并对肝细胞有一定保护作用。[结论]诃子及其炮制品对小鼠有明显的抗氧化作用。
[ Objective] To compare the influence of the antioxidation of Fructus Chebulae and its different processed products. [ Method ] The mice were given the different doses of Fructus Chebulae, Fruetus Chebulae stir-baking with Rubia Cordifolia, Fructus Chebulae stir-baking with Euphorbia fischeriana Steud. Then blood serum were taken to detect the contents of the T-AOC, SOD, MAO and MDA. Liver were taken to detect the contents of the MAO, MDA and LF. At the same time, liver tissue made tissue slice. [ Result] Fructus Chebulae and its different processed products can increase the contents of the T-AOC and SOD in mice' s blood serum, decrease the contents of the MAO and MDA in mice' s blood serum and liver, decrease the contents of the LF in mice' s liver, and made contributions to the liver' s protection. [ Conclusion] Fructus Chebulae and its different processed products have the antioxidation to mice.
