活性炭吸附提高浓缩苹果清汁色值工艺研究

摘要 [目的]探讨不同型号活性炭对浓缩苹果清汁色值的影响。[方法]运用不同型号活性炭处理浓缩苹果清汁,筛选一种对提高果汁色值效果较好的活性炭,并考察了该型活性炭不同吸附量、不同吸附时间、不同吸附温度对浓缩苹果清汁色值的影响,确定其最佳吸附工艺参数。[结果]试验表明,CA-50型活性碳吸附的果汁色值最高;用CA-50型活性碳吸附苹果汁的最佳工艺参数为:添加量为0.07g每100 ml果汁,吸附时间为90 min,吸附温度为60℃。[结论]研究可为工业生产更好地应用活性炭提供有效的参考。 [ Objective] To discuss effects of different kinds of activated carbon on color value of concentrated apple juice. [ Method] Different types of activated carbon were used to treat the concentrated apple juice, and a new type of activated carbon was selected to improve the color value of fruit juice. The effect of different adsorption capacity, adsorption time and adsorption temperature on the color value of apple juice was studied. The optimal adsorption technique parameters were determined. [ Result] The results indicate that the color value of apple juice which was treated by the type of CA-50 activated carbon is the highest one. Using the type of CA-50 activated carbon to deal with apple juice, the optimal parame- ters are that the addition amount is 0.07 g per 100 ml juice; the adsorption time is 90 rain; the adsorption temperature is 60℃. [ Conclusion] The study can provide effective reference for the application of activated carbon in industrial production.
