摘要
建立了一种测定烟草中痕量砷的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)分析方法。样品用硝酸-过氧化氢经微波消解前处理后,采用ICP-MS动态反应池模式,以氧气为反应气,通过测定^75 As^16 O^+对砷进行定量。砷的质量浓度在20μg·L^-1范围内呈线性,方法的检出限(3S/N)为39ng·L^-1。方法用于烟叶样品分析,加标回收率在95.3%~105%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)小于5.0%。
A method of ICP-MS was developed for the determination of trace Arsenic in tobacco.The sample was pretreated by microwave digestion in a mixture of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide.The ^75 As^16 O^+was measured by ICP-MS using a dynamic reaction cell mode with oxygen as the reaction gas.Then the content of arsenic in the sample was quantified.The linearity range of the mass concentration of arsenic was below 20μg·L^-1with the detection limit of 39ng·L^-1.The method was used to measure arsenic in tobacco,giving recovery rates in the range of 95.3%-105% and RSD(n=7)less than 5.0%.
