摘要
依据英国举办的政府首席科学顾问50周年纪念会议,本文评述英国政府首席科学顾问的作用与职责、如何保障政府首席科学顾问制度的有效运行、未来政府首席科学顾问将面临的挑战与应对策略,综述与会专家就英国政府首席科学顾问制度的历史经验和未来展望达成的共识,提出英国政府首席科学顾问制度对中国科技咨询的借鉴意义。
Based on the 50 anniversary of GCSA： reflections on the past, present and future of scientific advice, the author reviewed on the functions and missions of the Government Chief Scientific Adviser in UK, and discussed how to guarantee effective operation of the system of GCSA, and what the challenges for future GCSA and how to response. Experts attending the event also reached consensus on issues relating to GCSA＇s historical development and future trends. The reference of GCSA mechanism to China was ~iven in this paver, too.
